| Launch software-support commitment | Four generations of OS upgrades and four years of security updates, announced at launch. This is not a confirmation of the remaining update schedule for a particular handset. |
| Colours | Black, Gray and Light Green in Samsung’s launch announcement; the product page calls one option Light Gray. Naming and availability may vary by listing and market. |
Samsung’s Galaxy A06 5G product page provides the device specifications. Samsung India’s support page lists Android 15 and Android 16 user manuals; manuals by themselves do not confirm which software version has rolled out to an individual phone.

What to know before buying
- Check the exact variant. The three launch configurations differ in both storage and, for the top option, RAM. Confirm the listing describes the Galaxy A06 5G rather than the LTE model.
- Budget for a charger if needed. Samsung says the 25W wall charger is sold separately. Verify the connector, regional plug and compatibility of any charger listing.
- Keep expectations tied to published specifications. The stated 12 5G bands are a manufacturer specification, not an independent test of reception or speed. The available evidence also does not establish independent benchmark, battery-endurance or camera-test results.
- Treat update support as a launch promise. Samsung announced four generations of OS upgrades and four years of security updates in 2025; check the phone’s current update status rather than assuming a remaining schedule.
