If Robinhood has not provided a hash, the withdrawal may still be in the app’s review or processing stage. If a hash is available, use Robinhood’s explorer link to check whether the transfer was broadcast and how many confirmations it has. Don’t submit a replacement until you’ve checked the original: Robinhood says a crypto transfer cannot be canceled or reversed once sent.
What “pending” means depends on whether the transfer has a hash
A pending label alone does not show whether the transfer is waiting inside Robinhood or moving through a blockchain. Check the transaction details in the app first. A transaction hash means there is an on-chain transaction to inspect; without one, focus on the app status, account eligibility, and any security or verification review.
Robinhood’s Crypto transfers guide provides confirmation requirements and approximate completion times for supported crypto. The figures vary by asset and can change with network conditions. For example, the guide lists BTC at 3 confirmations (approximately 1 hour), LTC at 12 (approximately 30 minutes), and SOL at 1 (approximately 400 milliseconds); Robinhood cautions that actual processing can take longer. These are not guaranteed deadlines for every outgoing withdrawal.
Robinhood Connect says the confirmation process for crypto being credited into a Robinhood account can take up to a few hours under ordinary conditions, depending on network conditions. That estimate concerns incoming credits, not a universal timeframe for outgoing withdrawals. Its transfers guide also says transfer-enablement verification is usually quick but may take up to 5 business days after verification information is submitted.

Check a withdrawal that has a transaction hash
- Open the transaction details. In the Robinhood app, go to Crypto activity and select the withdrawal. Note the asset, amount, destination, displayed status, date, hash, and explorer link.
- Open the explorer link from Robinhood. Confirm that the hash matches the one shown in the app, then check the recipient address and confirmation count.
- Use the confirmation progress to decide what to do next. If the transaction is waiting for confirmations, network congestion and confirmation speed may affect how long it takes. Robinhood says the number of confirmations can vary with network conditions.
- Contact Robinhood if the explorer result conflicts with the app or the transaction does not progress. Keep the hash and transaction details ready for support.
A blockchain transaction may include multiple inputs and outputs because platforms can batch transfers. As a result, not every address visible in an explorer necessarily belongs to you. Do not reuse a Robinhood-managed sending address shown on a withdrawal as a deposit address.
Check account or security holds when there is no hash
If there is no hash, or Robinhood indicates it has not initiated the transfer, check the transaction’s in-app status and any account notifications. Then review these possible blocks:

- Verification: Robinhood may still be reviewing information needed to enable crypto transfers. Its guide says this review can take up to 5 business days.
- Withdrawal limit: Limits depend on factors including verification, transaction history, preferred payment methods, and recent account activity. They can vary daily, and Robinhood says they cannot currently be manually increased. Check the current limit and account status in the app.
- Allowlist-only withdrawals: If you recently enabled “Allow withdrawals only to allowlisted addresses,” Robinhood says withdrawals to new addresses are paused for 48 hours. Transfers to addresses that were already allowlisted remain possible during that hold.
Troubleshoot a withdrawal marked failed
Read the specific reason in the transaction details or notification before taking another action. Check each of the following against the receiving wallet’s instructions:
- The selected crypto and network are supported by the receiving wallet.
- The destination address is correct.
- Any required memo or tag is included.
Robinhood warns that sending crypto to a wrong or incompatible address can result in permanent loss. A failed label in the app is not, by itself, proof that the funds are safe to send again. Check whether the original transaction has a hash and verify its status before considering another transfer.

When to contact Robinhood
For a withdrawal from a Robinhood Crypto account, use the support flow in your Robinhood account. Include the asset, amount, date, displayed status, destination, and transaction hash if one is available. Never share your password, one-time codes, or recovery phrase with someone claiming to help.
Robinhood’s contact page lists support contact options. It separately lists walletsupport@robinhood.com for assistance with its self-custody Robinhood Wallet; that address is for Wallet support, not a universal contact for brokerage Crypto withdrawals.

Why you should not try to cancel or reverse a sent transfer
Robinhood states: “Crypto transfers are final. Once sent, they can’t be canceled or reversed, even by Robinhood.” Before confirming any withdrawal, verify the asset, network, destination address, and any required memo or tag. If a hash already exists, investigate that transaction rather than creating a second one.
