NVIDIA’s promotion offered a Steam copy of Resident Evil Requiem Standard Edition with select GeForce RTX 50-series products, including qualifying RTX 5070, 5070 Ti, 5080, and 5090 models. It has ended: NVIDIA’s terms set April 13, 2026, as the purchase deadline and May 11, 2026, as the redemption deadline, and its campaign page now says the offer is unavailable.
Which RTX 50 products qualified for the game bundle?
NVIDIA announced the offer on February 10, 2026. It covered select products in these hardware categories; the GPU tier alone did not guarantee eligibility.
| Hardware category | Named GPU tiers | What determined eligibility |
|---|---|---|
| Desktop graphics cards | GeForce RTX 5090, RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, or RTX 5070 | Only participating, specifically listed products qualified. NVIDIA directed buyers to its partner product list. NVIDIA campaign page |
| Desktop systems | Systems with one of the named desktop RTX 50-series GPUs | The system had to be on the participating product list; not every PC with a named GPU necessarily qualified. NVIDIA campaign page |
| Laptops | Laptops with a listed RTX 5090, RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, or RTX 5070 Laptop GPU | Eligibility depended on the exact participating laptop product and applicable local terms. NVIDIA campaign page |
The offer was for one code per customer, while supplies lasted. It provided the Steam Standard Edition, not a general discount or a choice of game edition. Geographic exclusions, age rules, and region-specific code restrictions applied under the terms in effect at the time. NVIDIA offer terms
Did Resident Evil Requiem come free with an RTX 5070?
It could, if the RTX 5070 product was one of the participating models and was purchased during the promotion window. An RTX 5070 label by itself was not enough: NVIDIA limited the offer to selected graphics cards, systems, and laptops on its partner list. The same distinction applied to the RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5080, and RTX 5090.

How did NVIDIA bundle redemption work?
At the time of the offer, buyers were instructed to redeem through the NVIDIA app on a PC with the qualifying GPU installed, then add the game to a Steam account. Andrew Burnes of NVIDIA described the contemporaneous instructions this way: “Once you’ve bought a qualifying product, you’ll receive instructions on how to redeem your bundle via NVIDIA app, and just a few clicks later you’ll add Resident Evil Requiem to your Steam account.” NVIDIA announcement, February 10, 2026
The purchase and redemption windows have both passed, so these instructions are historical rather than a way to claim the game now. The official terms also said codes could be restricted to the country or region of purchase and that availability and eligibility varied by market. NVIDIA offer terms

Is the RTX 50-series Resident Evil Requiem bundle still available?
No. NVIDIA’s current US campaign page marks the promotion unavailable. Its terms list April 13, 2026, as the purchase offer end date and May 11, 2026, as the redemption deadline. Buying an RTX 50-series product now does not include this expired promotion. NVIDIA campaign page NVIDIA offer terms

NVIDIA presented Resident Evil Requiem as a survival-horror game centered on Grace Ashcroft and Leon S. Kennedy. Its announcement promoted path-traced effects, DLSS 4 with Multi Frame Generation, and NVIDIA Reflex for the PC version. Those are NVIDIA’s descriptions of supported GeForce features, not independent performance results. NVIDIA announcement, February 10, 2026
