Which phone has the better display?
The realme P4 5G has the more fully specified and higher-resolution screen in the available manufacturer information: realme lists a 6.77-inch AMOLED panel with 144Hz refresh and 1080 × 2392 resolution. OPPO’s India launch release describes the K14 5G as having a 6.75-inch 120Hz display, but does not establish its panel type or resolution in that release.
A third-party 91mobiles comparison labels the K14 display LCD and gives a resolution of 720 × 1570. Treat those details as secondary rather than definitive unless confirmed against OPPO’s official technical specification page. On the confirmed figures, the P4 offers the higher refresh rate; its AMOLED technology and stated resolution also make it the more compelling option on paper for readers prioritizing display specifications.

Performance, memory and storage
realme lists the Dimensity 7400 Ultra for the P4, while OPPO lists the Dimensity 6300 for the K14. The chip names suggest different specification tiers, but there is no verified, comparable benchmark or controlled test here to quantify how much faster one phone is in everyday use or gaming.
Both phones have a 6GB/128GB configuration, which is the closest like-for-like starting point in their listed lineups. The K14 also has 6GB/256GB and 8GB/256GB options; the P4’s listed choices are 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB in addition to 6GB/128GB. Compare the same RAM and storage capacity when checking prices, since a lower entry price may reflect a different configuration.

Battery capacity and charging
Both makers list 7,000mAh batteries, but capacity alone cannot identify which phone lasts longer: software, screen settings, network conditions and workload affect endurance. realme specifies 7,000mAh typical capacity and 6,830mAh minimum for the P4. It lists 80W charging, compared with OPPO’s 45W SUPERVOOC for the K14.
OPPO’s India launch release also gives scenario-specific estimates for the K14: up to 738.8 hours on standby, 22.5 hours of voice calls, 21.7 hours of WhatsApp voice calls, 18.9 hours of YouTube playback, 17.4 hours of Google Maps navigation and 13 hours of WhatsApp video calls. These are OPPO-reported figures, not independent tests or a direct comparison with the P4.

Cameras: compare the setup, not just megapixels
The P4’s listed rear cameras are a 50MP main camera and an 8MP wide-angle camera; its front camera is 16MP. OPPO lists a 50MP main camera, a 2MP depth sensor and an 8MP front camera for the K14. The configurations give the P4 a dedicated wide-angle camera, while OPPO lists a depth sensor on the K14. No comparable sample-based image-quality assessment is established, so these specifications alone do not show which phone takes better photos.
Durability and software
realme lists IP65 for the P4. OPPO says the K14 has IP66/IP68/IP69 ratings and cites SGS 5-Star and MIL-STD-810H certifications. These are manufacturer statements about ratings and certifications; they should not be read as a promise that either phone is damage-proof in every situation.

Check current India listings and stock for both phones in the same RAM/storage configuration before comparing what you would pay.
Quick Recap
Which one should you choose?
- Consider the realme P4 5G if its listed 144Hz AMOLED, 1080 × 2392 display and 80W charging best match your priorities.
- Consider the OPPO K14 5G if OPPO’s stated IP ratings and certifications matter more to you, or if you want to compare its published launch configurations and prices against current offers.
- For battery life, camera quality or overall value, specifications alone do not settle the comparison. Battery capacity is equal on paper, and there is no established shared battery test, sample-based camera comparison or current matched-price check here.
