Why the POCO model name matters
The name “POCO M8 Power 5G” appears in the 91mobiles comparison listing, which also shows an Amazon-labelled offer. That listing alone does not confirm the phone’s official retail identity, full specifications, current stock or live seller price.
Official Xiaomi material instead documents the POCO M8 5G, a different product name. Its page lists a 6.77-inch 120Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 6 Gen 3, a 5520mAh typical battery and 45W charging. Xiaomi’s FAQ gives January 8, 2026, as the POCO M8 5G launch date: POCO M8 5G FAQ. Those specifications and that date apply to POCO M8 5G; they should not be transferred to a phone called POCO M8 Power 5G without exact-model confirmation.

How to compare the price before buying
The 91mobiles snapshot showed the realme P4 Pro at ₹28,999, marked out of stock, and the POCO M8 Power 5G at ₹23,989 with an Amazon label. The displayed difference is ₹5,010, but it is not a dependable current saving: one offer was marked out of stock, and the listing does not settle the exact POCO model or ensure both prices are available for matching configurations.
- Open the seller listing and confirm the product is specifically the POCO M8 Power 5G, not the POCO M8 5G or another similarly named phone.
- Compare the same RAM and storage configuration where possible; the realme’s listed maximum is 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
- Check the seller, stock status, final checkout price and any conditions attached to the offer.
- For the realme, confirm the current listing and included-box contents; realme says its package includes a charging adapter and case.
Which one should you buy?
Choose the realme P4 Pro if its documented specifications fit your needs
It is the clearer choice for a buyer who wants a phone with a published spec sheet showing Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, a 144Hz 6.8-inch display, 50MP front and main rear cameras, a 7000mAh typical battery and 80W charging. Those are stated capabilities, not a verified performance or camera-quality win over the POCO.

Wait on the POCO until the exact model is verified
If you are considering the POCO because of its lower displayed price, first confirm the product identity and find an exact-model specification page or manual. Without that, there is no sound basis here to compare its chipset, screen, cameras, battery, software or storage against the realme. The similarly named POCO M8 5G is not a safe substitute for the Power model.
