The realme P3 5G is the lower-priced option in the available retailer snapshots, while the OnePlus N6 5G offers a larger battery, faster wired charging and a higher maximum refresh rate. The P3’s listed advantages include an AMOLED screen and a higher-resolution front camera. There is no verified matched-variant price difference or independent head-to-head test here, so the better choice depends on your priorities and the exact listing you can buy.

Price difference: why the listings do not establish a fair premium

The available 91mobiles snapshot lists the P3 at ₹15,999 on Flipkart and the N6 at ₹24,999 on Amazon, a displayed difference of ₹9,000. That is not a reliable like-for-like price gap: the phones are shown on different retailers, and the comparison does not establish matched RAM and storage configurations, seller, stock or checkout price. A separate indexed version showed the N6 at ₹25,999 on Flipkart, which further illustrates that the quote can change by listing and variant.

Check the exact RAM/storage option, seller, delivery availability, exchange or bank offers, and final checkout amount on the retailer page before deciding. OnePlus’s launch page placed the N6 in the India ₹15,000–₹20,000 segment as of its June 30, 2026 launch; that launch positioning is not a current retail quote and should not be directly compared with a later marketplace snapshot. Price references are from 91mobiles and OnePlus.

Display: AMOLED versus a larger LCD

91mobiles lists the P3 with a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel and the N6 with a 6.8-inch LCD. The P3 is the more promising choice if you prefer AMOLED’s display characteristics; the N6 gives you a slightly larger listed screen. OnePlus specifies a maximum 120 Hz refresh rate for the N6, but the cited comparison does not establish a directly comparable refresh-rate figure for the P3. These are specification-level distinctions, not a measured comparison of brightness, colour accuracy or outdoor legibility.

Performance and software: specifications, not a speed test

realme identifies the P3 as using the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4. The 91mobiles comparison lists the OnePlus N6 with a MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Apex and software as Android 16, while it lists the P3 with Android 15. These processor names and software versions do not by themselves show which phone runs a particular game or app faster. No independent, comparable performance testing is established for this pair.

OnePlus describes the N6’s “60-Month Smooth Experience” as having passed 60-month fluency testing in its test lab through software, hardware and other optimizations. The same statement says fluency protection does not guarantee absolutely no lag. This is a manufacturer fluency-testing claim, not a promise of five years of Android or security updates; no verified update-duration comparison is established here. realme’s global specification page identifies realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15, but network and band support can vary by regional SKU and operator deployment. See realme’s global P3 specifications and OnePlus’s N6 launch information.

Battery and charging: N6 has the larger stated capacity

OnePlus specifies 8,000 mAh typical-equivalent capacity and 7,780 mAh rated capacity for the N6, alongside 45 W SuperVOOC charging. realme promotes a 6,000 mAh battery for the P3; the cited realme product page does not establish its charging wattage. The N6 therefore has the larger stated battery and a documented charging specification, but capacity alone cannot establish which phone lasts longer in everyday use.

OnePlus’s “8,000mAh for 3 days” and battery-health statements are manufacturer claims based on OnePlus Test Lab figures. OnePlus says real-world battery experience varies with network, settings, usage, device age and other factors. They are not independent runtime measurements. Cameras and protection: compare the listed trade-offs

91mobiles lists a 16 MP front camera for the P3 and an 8 MP front camera for the N6. Megapixel count alone does not determine selfie quality, and the available material does not establish a comparable camera test or a rear-camera winner.

realme promotes IP69 waterproofing for the P3, while OnePlus specifies IP65 for the N6. These are different protection ratings; do not treat either as permission to deliberately submerge or expose a phone to conditions outside its warranty and care guidance. The manufacturer pages are realme India’s P3 page and OnePlus India’s N6 page.

Which phone should you choose?

  • Choose the realme P3 5G if the retailer price for your chosen configuration is materially lower, you prefer the listed AMOLED panel, or the 16 MP front-camera specification and realme’s IP69 claim suit your needs.
  • Choose the OnePlus N6 5G if you value its larger stated battery, specified 45 W charging, 120 Hz maximum refresh rate, or slightly larger listed display—and its verified checkout price fits your budget.
  • Compare further before buying if gaming speed, camera output, all-day runtime or long-term software support is decisive. The cited information does not establish a controlled head-to-head result or a confirmed update-duration advantage for either phone.
