Prices seen in India were not for matching memory configurations, so compare the exact RAM and storage variant before deciding.

Software versions can vary by region or change through updates; confirm the operating system installed on the exact Indian SKU and check the manufacturer’s current update information before buying.
Which phone has the better display?
The realme P3 has the clearer specification advantage for screen sharpness: its 6.67-inch AMOLED panel has 1080 × 2400 resolution, while the iQOO Z11 Lite’s slightly larger 6.74-inch LCD is 720 × 1600. Both are listed as 120Hz displays, but that refresh-rate figure does not make their resolution or panel technology equivalent.
realme advertises a 2000-nit peak-brightness figure for the P3. Treat this as a manufacturer claim, not a verified result for every screen or lighting condition. Choose the iQOO if the marginally larger stated screen matters more to you than the P3’s higher resolution and AMOLED panel.

Performance: what the chip specifications do and do not tell you
The P3’s listed Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 and the Z11 Lite’s Dimensity 6300 5G identify different chipsets, with the P3 favored on paper in the comparison data. There is no verified independent side-by-side benchmark or gaming test here, so the chip names alone do not establish how much faster one phone feels in a particular app or game.
realme advertises 90FPS BGMI gameplay and an AnTuTu score above 750,000 for the P3. These are realme’s claims, not independently confirmed comparative test results. Do not treat them as a guarantee of sustained frame rate or a direct score comparison with the iQOO.
Battery and charging: capacity is not a runtime test
iQOO lists a 6500mAh typical-capacity battery, compared with 6000mAh for the P3. That is a higher stated capacity, but it does not prove the Z11 Lite will last longer in everyday use: runtime also depends on the screen, software, signal conditions and workload. iQOO notes that measured results vary with conditions and use.
The listed charging rates are close: 45W for realme and 44W for iQOO. Those manufacturer specifications do not establish which phone charges faster in practice; no comparative charging test is available here.

Both phones list a 50MP main rear camera, alongside a lower-resolution secondary rear sensor: 2MP on the P3 and 0.08MP on the Z11 Lite. The P3 also lists a 16MP front camera, versus 5MP for the iQOO. These figures describe resolution, not image quality. No comparative photo test was verified, so they cannot establish which phone produces better pictures, especially in low light or with moving subjects.

Durability ratings: IP69 versus IP65
realme advertises IP69 for the P3, while iQOO advertises IP65 dust and water resistance for the Z11 Lite. These are different ratings, not interchangeable promises of protection. They should not be read as making either phone damage-proof or suitable for every exposure to water, dust or impact. Follow the manufacturer’s care guidance rather than treating a rating as permission to deliberately expose a phone to risk.

Prices below were observed in India and are time-sensitive. Smartprix listing data updated in late September 2026 showed ₹16,999 for the realme P3 8GB+128GB and ₹19,999 for the iQOO Z11 Lite 4GB+128GB. On 5 October 2026, the official iQOO India E-Store showed ₹19,999 for the selected 4GB+128GB configuration, with an MRP of ₹33,999. The official store price and MRP are specific to that listing and can change.

This is not an apples-to-apples price comparison: the P3 listing has 8GB RAM, while the iQOO listing has 4GB. Do not use the apparent ₹3,000 difference as a definitive premium for one model. Compare the same storage tier, account for the RAM difference, and check the current seller price, stock, offers and exchange terms for the exact variant you intend to buy. A price for an iQOO 6GB configuration is not established by the observed price listings above.

Choose the realme P3 if
- You prioritize its higher-resolution AMOLED display over the iQOO’s slightly larger LCD.
- You prefer the listed Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset, while recognizing that no independent head-to-head performance result is established here.
- You want the higher listed front-camera resolution or prefer its advertised IP69 rating.
Choose the iQOO Z11 Lite if
- You value its larger stated battery capacity, without assuming that capacity guarantees longer real-world runtime.
- You prefer its slightly larger display, expandable storage or FM radio.
- You prefer OriginOS features and have confirmed the software build available on the specific unit you are buying.
Make price the deciding factor only after matching the RAM and storage variant and verifying live India listings. The specifications support a feature-based choice, not a hands-on verdict on performance, battery life, camera output or display quality.
