For most buyers choosing between these phones, the realme P3 5G is the stronger all-round pick on paper: it supports 5G and has a higher-resolution AMOLED display, a higher-tier listed chipset and a 16MP selfie camera. The realme C100x instead prioritizes an 8000mAh typical battery and a slightly larger screen, but its India specifications list 4GB RAM, 64GB storage and no 5G NR support.
A 91mobiles comparison listing crawled on October 3, 2026 showed the P3 at ₹15,999 on Flipkart and the C100x at ₹17,999 on Amazon—a ₹2,000 displayed difference in the P3’s favor. These are snapshots from different retailers, not fixed or directly controlled prices; confirm the exact variant, seller and current offer before buying.

Which phone should you choose?
Choose the realme P3 5G if you value 5G, display sharpness or listed performance tier
The P3’s published specifications are the better fit if you want 5G, a sharper AMOLED screen, a higher-tier listed chipset, or a higher-resolution selfie camera. Its India product page also advertises IP69 resistance. These are specification-based advantages, not results from comparative hands-on testing; a chipset label or manufacturer performance claim does not establish how fast the phone will feel in every task.

Choose the realme C100x if battery capacity and screen size matter most
The C100x has the larger listed battery capacity and a display that is slightly larger diagonally. It may suit someone who prioritizes those traits over 5G, resolution and the P3’s listed processor tier. Capacity alone does not prove longer battery life in comparable real-world use, and megapixel counts alone do not establish photo quality.
Performance and network: P3 has the published-spec advantage
The P3 uses a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 and is a 5G model; the C100x’s India page specifies a Unisoc T7250 and says 5G NR is unsupported. That makes the P3 the clear choice between these two if 5G connectivity is a requirement. The C100x specifications list LTE bands, so check network-band compatibility with your carrier if buying for a particular network.

The P3 has a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel at 1080 × 2400. The C100x’s listed screen is about 6.8 inches, but it is an HD+ LCD at 720 × 1570. Both are specified for refresh rates up to 120Hz, but that shared maximum does not make their resolution or panel type equivalent. Pick the P3 if crispness and AMOLED are the priority; pick the C100x if the marginally larger diagonal matters more.

Battery and charging: compare capacity, not promised runtime
Realme lists the C100x at 8000mAh typical and 7780mAh rated. For the P3, realme’s Global specification sheet lists 6000mAh typical and 5860mAh minimum; confirm the India variant before relying on the minimum figure. The P3 supports 45W charging, while the C100x supports up to 45W SUPERVOOC and lists compatible standards.
The larger C100x capacity is a meaningful paper advantage, but it is not a like-for-like battery-life test. Realme’s C100x product page says, “Data comes from realme Lab. Actual results may vary.” Battery use depends on factors such as network, brightness, apps and settings, so don’t treat promotional lab results as a guaranteed runtime.

Cameras: what the published resolutions do—and do not—tell you
The Global P3 specification page lists a 50MP main camera, 2MP bokeh camera and 16MP front camera. The India C100x specification page lists a 50MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. On paper, the P3 has the higher-resolution selfie camera, but the listed megapixel counts do not demonstrate which phone takes better photographs; sensor, lens, processing and shooting conditions also matter.

For the C100x, realme’s India specification page lists 4GB RAM and 64GB storage, with LPDDR4X memory, eMMC 5.1 storage and memory-card support. The P3 Global page lists 8GB or 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, but those figures should not be assumed to describe the India retail SKU. Check the precise RAM/storage configuration attached to the listing and price you are comparing.

The same regional distinction applies to software: the Global P3 page lists Android 15-based realme UI 6.0, while the India C100x page lists Android 16-based realme UI. Software versions and rollouts can change; verify the version on the specific India handset or listing rather than treating regional pages as a guarantee of current installed software.
Price difference in India: the listing showed ₹2,000 less for the P3
