realme’s China-market Neo 8 is listed with an 8,000mAh typical battery, up to 80W charging, a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with refresh rates up to 165Hz, and three rear cameras: 50MP wide, 8MP ultrawide and 50MP telephoto. The official pages describe the China-market model; they do not establish international availability or compatibility.
Realme Neo 8 battery and charging
realme lists two capacity figures: 8,000mAh (29.76Wh) typical and 7,750mAh (28.83Wh) rated. These are different capacity conventions, not competing estimates. The detailed figures appear on realme’s official Neo 8 specifications page.
The specification sheet lists support for up to 80W realme SuperVOOC charging and 80W UFCS. It also details protocol support and exceptions, so the maximum speed should not be assumed with every USB-C charger; check the charger’s compatibility with the phone’s supported protocols.
realme promotes “five-year” battery longevity and gives example use figures of up to 34 hours of continuous voice calls, 20 hours of short-video playback and 7 hours of a popular MOBA game. These are manufacturer claims attributed to realme laboratory testing, not independent endurance measurements; actual results can vary with usage and test conditions. The claims appear on realme’s product page.

Neo 8 display: size, resolution and refresh rate
The specifications list a 6.78-inch flexible AMOLED display with 2772 × 1272 resolution, 450 PPI and 10-bit color. Available refresh-rate settings are 60, 90, 120, 144 and 165Hz, so 165Hz is the listed maximum rather than a rate the screen must use at all times.
Brightness figures need their labels kept intact. The specification sheet lists 1,000 nits for global default maximum brightness and 1,800 nits for global-excited maximum brightness. Separately, realme’s product marketing advertises 6,500 nits peak brightness for its “165Hz Samsung Sky Screen,” which it says uses Samsung Display M14 emissive material. These differently named figures are not interchangeable, and realme notes that brightness measurements depend on test conditions or calculation methods.
Rear cameras and zoom
The official specifications list three rear cameras:

China-market qualification
The cited realme pages are for the China-market Neo 8. The specifications page lists cellular bands for that product sheet, but the available information does not establish a global version, international release, local warranty or compatibility with networks in other regions. Buyers outside China should confirm the exact model number, supported bands and warranty terms for their market rather than infer them from the China listing.
