Specifications are from the realme 15 5G and realme 16T 5G official India specification pages accessed in 2026. Both are India-market 5G models. Their listed maximum refresh rate is the same, but the 15 has an AMOLED panel with substantially higher stated resolution; the 16T’s listed diagonal is slightly larger.
Price difference: the 16T was ₹1,000 lower in one snapshot
A 91mobiles comparison page displayed ₹29,999 for the realme 15 at Flipkart and ₹28,999 for the realme 16T 5G at Amazon, a ₹1,000 difference in favor of the 16T in that listing snapshot. These are retailer listings, not manufacturer prices or guaranteed current offers. The official specification pages do not establish current retail prices. Which phone is better for your priorities?
Choose the realme 15 5G for its screen and listed hardware mix
- Display: Its AMOLED, 1280 × 2800 panel is a higher-resolution option than the 16T’s HD+ LCD.
- Chipset: realme lists the Dimensity 7300+, a higher-tier chipset pairing on paper than the 16T’s Dimensity 6300. No matched independent performance test is available here, so this does not establish a specific speed advantage in everyday use.
- Camera options: It adds an 8MP wide-angle rear camera to the 50MP main camera and lists a 50MP front camera. The 16T instead has a 2MP monochrome rear camera and a 16MP front camera. Resolution and camera count alone do not establish photo quality.
- Charging: Its stated 80W wired charging rating is higher than the 16T’s 45W. Those wattages do not establish a specific charging time.
Choose the realme 16T 5G if battery capacity is your priority
The 16T lists an 8,000mAh typical battery, compared with 7,000mAh typical for the 15. That makes it the higher-capacity option by specification, but capacity alone cannot predict runtime. realme’s phrase “3-Day Power. Non Stop Fun” is a manufacturer slogan, not a universal battery-life guarantee.

The 15 is listed with 128GB or 256GB storage and UFS 3.1. The 16T offers 6GB or 8GB RAM options, 128GB or 256GB storage, and UFS 2.2. Confirm the full RAM and storage configuration for each listing: a price comparison across different variants, sellers or retailer offers may not be like for like.
