e.l.f. Camo Liquid Blush is a useful lower-cost liquid blush to compare with Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush, but no shade pairing is a guaranteed match. Compare color family and undertone, finish, pigment, and blending separately. For a starting point, a creator has paired e.l.f. Dusty Rosé with Rare Beauty Bliss, Pinky Promise with Happy, and Coral Crush with Joy; treat these as shades to swatch side by side, not exact equivalents.
What counts as a Rare Beauty Soft Pinch dupe?
“Dupe” can mean a similar color, finish, formula, or overall effect. Those are different comparisons: a blush may resemble a Rare Beauty shade in color but feel or wear differently. A reliable choice depends on which qualities matter to you and how the product looks on your complexion.
Rare Beauty describes Soft Pinch Liquid Blush as lightweight, blendable, buildable, and highly pigmented, with matte and dewy options. The brand says it layers over liquid or powder makeup without disturbing it. These are the brand’s product claims, not results from an independent comparison test. Rare Beauty’s Soft Pinch Liquid Blush page currently lists 16 shades.
Rare Beauty shade families to use as a starting point
The brand’s shade names and descriptions offer a vocabulary for comparing colors; they are not universal color standards. Screens, application amount, complexion, and surrounding makeup can all affect how a shade appears.

- HIGH-PIGMENT LIQUID BLUSH: Build and blend a dewy pop of color with e.l.f. Cosmetics Camo Liquid Blush. The pigment-packed formula gives cheeks a long-lasting flush that’s flattering as e.l.f.
- CREATES A SOFT FINISH: The lightweight liquid blush formula effortlessly blends out to a soft finish on your face.
- BLENDABLE & BUILDABLE FORMULA: Camo Liquid Blush is blendable and buildable to create the look you want.
- EFFORTLESS APPLICATION: The rounded, grooved applicator applies the perfect amount of blush every time. Apply with e.l.f.’s Liquid Blush Brush to help you blend like a pro. Pair with highlighter for glow.
- VEGAN & CRUELTY-FREE: 100% vegan, e.l.f. is double-certified cruelty-free by Leaping Bunny & PETA.
Because e.l.f. describes Camo as dewy, it is not automatically a finish match for a matte Soft Pinch shade. A similar color name or swatch impression also cannot establish that the products blend, wear, or layer the same way.

- Mini Dew Blush is a vegan, liquid blush for cheeks that gives a natural flush of just-pinched color with a creamy, radiant finish. It comes with a chubby doe-foot applicator and lightweight formula that lets you create a natural cheek tint (or build up this glow blush for a deeper wash of color).
- Blush, but better. Never streaky or patchy, this hydrating blush melts right into skin for a seamless, lit-from-within glowy flush, and comes in nine beautiful shades.
- Licorice root extract is known to naturally brighten the skin, giving you a youthful and more radiant complexion while Elderberry extract fights free-radical and environmental damage. Evening Primrose extract helps moisturize and soothe dry and irritated skin.
- Use the chubby doe foot wand to dab one to two dots of the glowy blush onto desired areas as a blush tint or stain. For deeper color add more as desired. Blend liquid blush out with fingertips (or The Big Brush) onto apples of cheeks, cheekbones, or anywhere else you want a flush of color.
- No parabens, phthalates, sulfates, talc, mineral oil, GMOs, synthetic fragrance, or BHA. Cruelty-free, vegan blush makeup.
How to choose a shade and formula
- Start with the Rare Beauty shade’s color family and undertone. Is it a cool pink, warm peach, nude mauve, terracotta, red, berry, or another family? Use the brand description as a guide, then compare an actual swatch of the alternative.
- Decide whether finish matters. If you want a finish match, compare matte with matte or dewy with dewy. Camo is described by e.l.f. as dewy, so a color resemblance does not make it a finish match for a matte Soft Pinch shade.
- Consider pigment and how much control you want. Both brands describe their formulas as high-pigment. Rare Beauty says one dot gives high-impact color, so begin with very little and add gradually if you want a softer result.
- Check blending on your own makeup base. Rare Beauty says Soft Pinch can layer over liquid or powder makeup. That claim does not establish that another formula will behave identically over your base.
- Use shade-match tools as leads, not verdicts. Temptalia’s Rare Beauty page includes shade reviews and an automated dupe-matching feature. Such matches can suggest shades to investigate, but they do not establish identical texture, finish, or on-skin appearance. See Temptalia’s Rare Beauty reviews and swatches.
How to apply Soft Pinch without overdoing it
Rare Beauty says one dot delivers high-impact color and advises that a little goes a long way. Apply a small amount, blend, check the result, and add more only if needed. The brand says Soft Pinch can be layered over liquid and powder formulas; that is its own product guidance, not a guarantee about how another blush will layer. See Rare Beauty’s application and product details.

- Try a small amount first, then assess how it blends over the makeup you actually wear.
