The Radxa ROCK Pi N10 is a single-board computer built around the RK3399Pro, with a vendor-rated NPU, onboard eMMC, and display and expansion connections for embedded development. Radxa documents three models, differing mainly in RAM, NPU memory allocation, and eMMC capacity. The supplied headline spells the chip “RK3999Pro”; Radxa’s documentation spells it RK3399Pro.
What is the Radxa ROCK Pi N10?
The ROCK Pi N10 is a physical single-board computer intended for embedded, multimedia, and AI/NPU development. Its RK3399Pro system-on-chip pairs a dual-core Cortex-A72 CPU running at 1.8 GHz with a quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU running at 1.4 GHz. Graphics are handled by a Mali T860MP4 GPU.
Radxa lists HDMI 2.0 output up to 4K at 60 Hz, plus MIPI DSI and eDP 1.3 display connections. Any two of these display interfaces can operate simultaneously in mirror or extended mode, according to the manufacturer’s specifications. The board also has Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0 OTG, USB 2.0 host ports, and a 40-pin expansion header. Radxa’s ROCK Pi N10 specifications and setup guide are the source for these hardware details.
How do Model A, B, and C differ?
The three models have the same listed processor and board connections. Their documented memory and onboard storage capacities differ:
#1 Best Overall

| Model | LPDDR3 RAM | Listed CPU/GPU allocation | Listed NPU allocation | Onboard eMMC |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Model A | 4 GB | 3 GB | 1 GB | 16 GB |
| Model B | 6 GB | 4 GB | 2 GB | 32 GB |
| Model C | 8 GB | 4 GB | 4 GB | 64 GB |
These are Radxa’s listed specifications. Choose among the models based on the memory and eMMC capacity your project needs; the documentation does not establish comparative application performance among them.
What does the NPU rating mean?
Radxa specifies support for 8-bit and 16-bit computing and rates the NPU at up to 3.0 TOPS. The vendor also describes it as a dedicated 3-TOPS NPU on its product site. TOPS is a stated peak capability, not a guarantee of real-world inference speed: this available documentation does not provide independent benchmark results or application-level measurements.
Software evidence is historical rather than a current compatibility guarantee. Radxa’s Ubuntu documentation search excerpt refers to the rockchip-npu package and NPU initialization and interface configuration, while its image-release listing includes ROCK Pi N10 and a v20210824 release. Those records establish past documentation and image support, but not present-day maintenance or support for a particular modern toolkit version. See the Radxa Ubuntu page and Radxa image releases.

What power supply does the ROCK Pi N10 need?
Radxa specifies USB-C power and lists these compatible charging protocols and profiles:

- QC 3.0 or QC 2.0: 9 V/2 A or 12 V/1.5 A.
The setup guide says the USB-C cable must support data communication. A charge-only cable or generic charger is not documented as guaranteed compatible. Use a supply and cable that meet the listed requirements; consult the Radxa setup guide for the manufacturer’s details.
What storage works with the board?
The ROCK Pi N10 has onboard eMMC, with capacity depending on model, as well as a microSD slot specified for cards up to 128 GB. Radxa’s getting-started checklist calls for a microSD card larger than 8 GB. The board’s M.2 connector is listed as supporting an NVMe SSD up to 8 TB. These capacities are manufacturer specifications; verify the particular card or SSD’s physical and protocol compatibility before purchasing.

Does the ROCK Pi N10 include Wi-Fi or support PoE?
Wireless connectivity is not built into the board according to Radxa’s specification table. Radxa lists an optional ROCK Pi Wireless Module. Power over Ethernet is supported with an additional HAT, so neither feature should be assumed to be present in a bare board. The manufacturer documentation does not establish current availability of those accessories.
What should you check before choosing one?
- Memory and storage: Compare the model’s RAM, listed NPU allocation, and onboard eMMC against your software and data needs.
- Display connections: Check whether HDMI, MIPI DSI, or eDP suits your display; Radxa lists two interfaces operating simultaneously.
- Networking: Gigabit Ethernet is listed. Plan separately for wireless if your project needs it.
- Power: Confirm that your USB-C supply supports one of the specified PD or QC profiles and that the cable carries data.
- Software: Treat historical image and NPU-package references as evidence of past support, not as a promise of current updates or toolkit compatibility.
Radxa’s documentation establishes hardware specifications, but the available evidence does not establish current pricing, stock, or a product lifecycle status.
