A broad collaboration suite with low annual pricing and strong administration.

Zoho WorkDrive is a cloud storage and content collaboration platform for individuals, small businesses, teams, and enterprises. Its core model combines shared Team Folders, desktop and mobile access, file synchronization, external sharing, document versioning, and integrated Zoho Writer, Sheet, and Show editors. It suits teams that need shared content management alongside collaboration tools rather than a storage service focused only on file hosting.
Pricing gives WorkDrive a clear entry point. The Free plan provides 5 GB of storage for individual use, while the published annual-billing plans start with Starter at $2.50 per user per month, including 1 TB per team, a 10 GB upload limit per file, and a three-user minimum. Team costs $4.50 per user per month for 3 TB per team and a 50 GB file limit. Business costs $9 per user per month for 5 TB per team and a 250 GB file limit. A 15-day free trial is also available, while Enterprise uses custom quotes for more than 200 users. The tier structure makes the lower plans relevant to small teams, but the minimum user requirement affects the practical starting cost.
The platform’s strongest differentiator is breadth. External sharing can include passwords, expiration dates, and download controls, while administrators receive user, device, sharing, retention, audit, and file ownership controls. OCR and object-detection search add discovery capabilities, and workflow automation plus data loss prevention extend the service beyond basic storage. Access spans web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and API, with integrations including Microsoft Office, Gmail, Zapier, Salesforce, Shopify, Asana, Slack, Evernote, and Zoho applications. Teams wanting broad collaboration and administration should consider WorkDrive; organizations requiring zero-knowledge encryption or a simpler individual-first service should look elsewhere.
