Zoho Mail is hosted business email for organizations that need custom-domain addresses, mailbox administration, and integrated productivity features. It combines webmail with calendar, contacts, tasks, notes, bookmarks, aliases, spam controls, encryption, sharing, delegation, and mobile apps. Businesses can use it independently or choose Zoho Workplace for office and collaboration applications. It suits small teams seeking a low-cost starting point as well as organizations moving from another email platform.

Pricing is structured across standalone mail and Workplace plans. Mail Free is forever free for up to 5 users, with 5 GB of storage per user and one custom domain. Mail Lite starts at $1 per user per month when billed annually and adds custom-domain email, calendar, migration assistance, and a 5 GB or 10 GB storage choice. Mail Premium is $4 per user per month annually, with 50 GB mailbox storage, 50 GB retention storage, email retention, eDiscovery, and S/MIME. Workplace Standard starts at $3 per user per month annually and adds WorkDrive, office, and collaboration applications. Workplace Professional starts at $6 annually with 100 GB mailbox and retention storage. Workplace Enterprise uses custom pricing and is available in some regions.

Migration and ecosystem fit are central strengths. Zoho Mail provides migration tools for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, IMAP/POP, Exchange, PST, and EML, while paid organization users receive IMAP and POP access. Integrations include Zoho Calendar, CRM, Creator, Projects, WorkDrive, Zapier, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Exchange. TLS encryption is included, with optional S/MIME encryption. Choose Zoho Mail for custom-domain hosting, flexible mailbox options, and connected productivity tools; organizations requiring IMAP, POP, or ActiveSync should avoid relying on the free plan.
