The service runs through a web interface and requires no software installation, making it a fit for small businesses seeking a straightforward cloud gateway rather than a broad mail-platform suite.
Deployment centers on MX-record activation: administrators change the domain’s MX records so incoming mail passes through Zerospam before delivery. The service applies machine-learning-based filters and provides quarantine management through an administration panel, where administrators can delete or approve messages. Professional support is available by email and phone. The main operational constraint is access control: quarantine management is administrator-only, so individual recipients do not manage held messages themselves.
Zerospam has three paid plans. SMART and TOP provide a professional antispam service, unlimited messages and no email archiving.
