Zepixo review
A low-cost web workspace for proposals, invoicing, payments, and client delivery.

Zepixo is a browser-based workspace for agencies and operators that sell and deliver client work. It brings proposal templates, browser-based proposal links, client CRM, invoicing, e-signatures, payment collection, project workflows, and reporting into one product. Accepted proposals can become invoices, while proposal views, acceptances, and payments can be tracked. It is a strong fit for solo sellers and small client-service teams that want proposals and delivery workflows together rather than separate tools.
Pricing is straightforward across the published plans. The free Starter plan costs $0 per month when billed monthly and includes unlimited proposals and invoices, client CRM, projects, lists and boards, an own Stripe key, and 100 AI actions per month. It also includes ten seats. The Pro plan costs $9.90 per month when billed monthly or $99 per year when billed annually. Pro includes everything in Starter, plus admin and owner roles, email automations, and 500 AI actions per month. A 7-day free trial is also available. The annual-equivalent starting price is $8.25 per month, making the paid tier a relatively low-cost step up for teams that need role controls or automated email.
Zepixo's ecosystem is focused rather than broad: it runs on the web and integrates with Stripe and Email. Stripe checkout uses the customer's own Stripe account, which keeps payment collection connected to the seller's payment setup. Built-in reporting covers accepted value, pipeline, proposal opens, and lead sources, while project lists, boards, and task workflows extend the product beyond document creation. The trade-off is its web-only delivery and absence of CRM integrations. Choose Zepixo if you want an inexpensive proposal-to-payment workflow with basic project management; choose another product if native CRM connections or broader platform coverage are priorities.
