Zenoti is a cloud-based management platform for gyms, fitness studios, health clubs, and multi-location fitness brands. It brings class and appointment scheduling, waitlists, booking rules, recurring membership billing, online booking, self-check-in, digital waivers, payments, marketing, reporting, and member engagement into one system. Its branded mobile app supports class booking, memberships, payments, and guest passes, while businesses can offer booking through a webstore, Google, and Instagram. The platform is best suited to enterprise gyms and growing fitness businesses that need broad operational coverage across locations.
Zenoti’s standout strength is breadth. Billing workflows cover renewals, proration, freezes, and failed-payment retries, while member and guest check-in can run through a kiosk, QR code, or membership code. Multi-location management includes centralized reporting and cross-location access. The platform also extends into payroll, inventory, POS, analytics, lead management, retention, and AI receptionist and business-advisor capabilities. Zoom integration supports virtual fitness sessions, and accounting connections include Xero, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, and NetSuite.
The pricing model is custom quote, with pricing based on business footprint and needs. That approach can fit organizations with varied locations or operational requirements, but it makes upfront comparison harder than a public tier structure. Zenoti is a strong choice for gyms seeking one system across member journeys and back-office operations. Smaller organizations focused only on scheduling, booking, and billing may prefer a narrower product with a simpler buying process and less operational scope.
