Our verdict on YourCause CSRconnect
YourCause CSRconnect is a corporate social responsibility platform for organizations coordinating employee giving, volunteering and employee resource groups. It suits companies that want employees to participate in charitable programs while administrators manage matching, campaigns, events and impact reporting. The platform is available through web and API, and YourCause describes it as configurable for programs of varying sizes.
Giving administration spans payroll, credit card, Apple Pay and offline donations, with workflows for matching administration and approvals. Organizations can run seasonal, ongoing and emergency-response campaigns. Volunteer tools cover event creation, shifts and approvals, as well as tracking hours, event participation and board service; skills-based projects can match employee skills to volunteer work. Employee resource groups include forums, documents and events. Reporting includes standard, ad-hoc and impact reports, making CSRconnect broader than a giving-only tool.
Its ecosystem includes Workday, ADP, UKG, Rippling, Microsoft Entra, Okta, GrantsConnect and Impact Edge, within a listed total of 70 integrations. The vendor identifies cloud deployment and chat support, alongside SOC 2, GDPR, PCI DSS and SSO/SAML compliance features. Pricing is contact-sales and feature-based, so buyers should request a demo to discuss the configuration and cost for their program. Grant management is not part of CSRconnect itself; YourCause presents it through the separate GrantsConnect product. Companies seeking a connected set of employee giving and volunteer operations may find the scope relevant, while buyers needing grant administration in the same product should evaluate alternatives or plan for the separate product.
