Yoroflow is a workflow automation and business process management platform for startups, mid-sized teams, and enterprises. It combines a drag-and-drop workflow builder with no-code forms, approval workflows, task management, dashboards, reporting, document processing, OCR, and AI-powered decision-making. Teams can also use AI for task assignment, email generation, analytics, and workflow operations. Its focus suits organizations coordinating requests, reviews, documents, and other approval-heavy processes across business functions.
The plans scale from a capped team setup to broader operational capacity. Standard costs $12 per user per month with annual billing and includes 50 workflows, 50 datatables, 250 GB of storage, inbuilt Gen AI and Doc AI, approval workflows, and rule-based decisions. Pro costs $199 for 50 users per month with annual billing, adding unlimited workflows, unlimited tasks, 1 TB of storage, unlimited forms and fields, unlimited workspaces and documents, and real-time tracking. Enterprise adds dedicated support, localized hosting, on-premise deployment, and private cloud options. A 7-day free trial is available, while the product uses a paid pricing model.
