Our verdict on Yorlet
Yorlet is a property management platform for student housing providers, build-to-rent operators, property managers and enterprise lettings teams. Its student-housing workflows cover cohort applications and move-ins, building and unit availability, digital contracts, deposits, tenancy dates, billing, payments, renewals, void reporting and resident operations. Residents can use the iOS or Android app for rent payments and issue reporting, while teams can manage maintenance requests, contractors and status updates.
Pricing is modular. The core platform is offered through the Standard core platform, covering Leasing, Billing, Owners and Payments, while the Custom core package provides a tailored package for large businesses. A free plan is available, and additional workflow steps start at £0.02 per step, billed monthly. Maintenance Standard costs £1 per unit per month, and the Maintenance AI add-on costs £0.50 per unit per month. Other listed options include Bacs Direct Debit at 1% plus 20p per payment, local payment methods at 1% per payment, and Guardrails at £100 per month.
