YetiForce is an open-source CRM and business management system for organizations that want customer, sales, marketing, project, support, finance, logistics, office, and HR workflows in one application. Its more than 80 modules cover leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, campaigns, email, customer service, projects, invoices, and API-connected processes. The product suits teams that need control over customization and deployment, particularly those evaluating self-hosted software rather than a fixed SaaS-only CRM.
The pricing structure separates self-hosting from three cloud packages. Self-hosted YetiForce CRM is open-source, installed on the customer’s infrastructure, and has no user limit imposed by the software. Cloud Small costs €80 per month for up to 19 users and includes a 4 GB database, 10 GB application storage, 20 GB files, 120 GB backup, encryption, and high availability. Cloud Medium costs €150 per month for 20–49 users, with an 8 GB database, 20 GB application storage, 240 GB backup, encryption, and high availability. Cloud Large costs €540 per month for more than 50 users and adds dedicated infrastructure, a 16 GB database, 500 GB files, 1,200 GB backup, SSH, add-ons, support, and a test environment. A 14-day free trial is also available.
Its strongest differentiator is breadth with customization. Teams can configure modules, fields, workflows, and the interface, while Kanban boards, sales automation, mass email and SMS campaigns, advanced email automation, mail scanning, customer portals, project management, invoicing, and bank or ERP integrations extend beyond core contact management. Gmail, Outlook, CalDAV, CardDAV, social media, and the REST API support ecosystem connections. Organizations needing native mobile apps or built-in AI should choose another CRM; teams prioritizing open-source control, deployment flexibility, and wide business-process coverage should consider YetiForce.
