Our verdict on Xplor Education
Xplor Education is a childcare management suite for early childhood education and care providers, including single-centre, multi-centre, OSHC and kindergarten services. Its coverage spans child enrolment, digital forms, attendance, bookings, family messaging, billing, payments, learning documentation, health and safety tracking, reporting and compliance data management. Office supports administration and CCS management; Playground focuses on learning documentation, digital attendance and educator tools; Home supports families with bookings, payments and digital sign-in/out; and MyWaitlist handles pre-enrolment leads and waitlists.
Pricing is freemium, with a free plan available. The published starting price is AUD 58 per month, excluding GST, for the lowest-priced core product shown, Playground. The OSHC Package combines Office, Playground and Home App, while the Xplor One Premium Package adds MyWaitlist to those core products. Office, Playground, Home and MyWaitlist are also presented as separate products, allowing providers to structure coverage around administration, educators, families and enrolment. Single Sign On adds centralised access management, while Xplor Education University provides personalised training and unlimited tailored sessions.
