XIA Configuration is an IT infrastructure documentation platform for IT teams, consultants, enterprises and managed service providers. It scans and documents network switches, connected devices, ports, VLANs, servers, virtualization platforms and cloud services. Its inventory includes IP addresses, ARP cache and hardware details, while relationship maps connect devices and support contracts. The platform also provides configuration records, scheduled discovery, automated reports, documentation exports, password storage and access controls.
The published plans show a paid product with a 30-day free trial. Technician costs £3,000 per user per year with annual billing and includes one named user, local installation, unlimited scanned items and documentation export. Enterprise Unlimited supports unlimited users, shared web access, unlimited items and included support. Enterprise Custom also provides unlimited users and shared web access, with pricing based on scanned items.
