Xentral ERP is a cloud-based ERP platform for growing commerce businesses, including retailers, e-commerce brands, manufacturers and fulfillment providers. It brings together multichannel orders, inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, shipping, accounting, reporting and retail point of sale. The product is aimed primarily at small and mid-sized businesses in the DACH region, particularly those that need connected financial, commerce and operational workflows across web, Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and API environments.
Pricing starts with Launch at EUR 99 per month, including inventory management, one online store and one marketplace integration, shipping-provider integration, invoices and credit notes, and DATEV export. Starter costs EUR 349 per month and adds broader e-commerce and marketplace integrations plus a CRM customer database. Business costs EUR 649 per month and adds advanced automation, Pick and Pack, goods receiving, purchase orders and API access. Pro costs EUR 849 per month and adds purchase requests, quotes and estimates, dunning and collections, advanced invoicing and reordering suggestions. Scale uses custom pricing for market leaders with complex requirements. A 14-day free trial is available.
