Workwize is an IT asset management platform for IT, HR, finance, and procurement teams managing distributed workforces. It maintains a real-time asset register across procurement, assignment, repair, retrieval, and disposal, while also supporting hardware procurement, storage, shipping, and employee self-service. Teams handling global hardware operations can use it to coordinate device ownership, lifecycle status, health, warranties, and audit-ready reporting in one system.
The plans are structured by operational scale and automation. Basic includes automated asset management, three regions, Single Sign-On, pickup, storage, shipping, 100+ HRIS integrations, repair, and replacement. Professional adds automatic offboarding, automatic deployment, automatic restocking, five regions, and enhanced scalability. Enterprise adds unlimited regions, SCIM integration, a public API for custom integrations, and tailored onboarding and support. Pricing uses a contact-sales model, and there is no free plan.
