Workforce.com is a cloud workforce-management platform for hourly and shift-based businesses. It brings scheduling, labor forecasting, time and attendance, leave management, HR, payroll, communications, and employee mobile access into one system. Its scheduling tools cover automatic schedule generation using demand forecasts, availability submission and approval, open-shift claiming, shift replacements, employee-initiated swaps, templates, and staffing ratios. The product is suited to small hourly teams through large enterprises in hospitality, retail, healthcare, and food service, with web, iOS, and Android access.
The published plans divide the product into All-in-One, Scheduling, Payroll, and HR offerings. Scheduling includes employee scheduling, labor forecasting, communications, shift management, and the employee app. Payroll adds full-service payroll, time and attendance, wage and hour automation, tax filing, and benefits management, while HR includes onboarding, offboarding, HRIS self-service, performance, and applicant tracking. The All-in-One plan combines scheduling, HR, and payroll with advanced implementation support. US pricing is quote-based, while the Canada all-in-one bundle is listed at CAD 12.80 per user per month when billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is available, and there is no free plan.
Integration coverage is a strong fit for businesses that already depend on payroll, POS, identity, or reporting systems. Workforce.com connects with Lightspeed Restaurant, Square POS, Toast POS, Xero, QuickBooks, Workday, ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft Azure AD, Okta SAML 2.0, and Power BI. Choose it when scheduling, payroll, HR, attendance, and mobile self-service need to work together across hourly operations. A scheduling-only team may prefer a narrower product if it does not need the additional HR and payroll scope or a quote-based purchasing process.
