WolfCRM is a cloud-based CRM for businesses that brings customer and opportunity management, sales activity, marketing, reporting and customer-service workflows together. Its published positioning spans small businesses through enterprise, with examples including wineries, energy, agrifood, engineering and construction. For real estate teams, the central question is fit: its sales tools may support general customer workflows, but the product is not positioned specifically for property sales or management. Teams needing real-estate-specific matching should look for a product whose stated focus fits that work.

Workflow breadth is a notable strength. WolfCRM can assign leads to sales representatives, trigger automated communications and support marketing campaigns, alongside pipeline and real-time reporting. The customer portal lets customers access documents and invoices and submit queries. Integrations include Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, SAP, Microsoft ERP, WordPress, PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Mailchimp and HubSpot; the vendor says it has 60 integrations overall. This may suit organizations connecting sales activity with office, ERP, ecommerce or marketing tools, though buyers should check that their required systems and workflows are covered.

According to the vendor's pricing page, LITE costs EUR 35 per user per month with annual billing and includes customers and opportunities, activities and calendar, sales planning, pipeline, sales management and basic reports. PRO is EUR 49.9 on the same billing basis, adding campaign management, process automation, customer service, advanced dashboards, document management and expenses. ÉLITE costs EUR 89.9 and adds a B2B platform, reservation and event management, project management, advanced sales, priority SLA under 24 hours and strategic support. A free 30-day demo is offered, not a permanent free plan. Choose WolfCRM if configurable, cross-functional business workflows matter more than property-specific tooling; otherwise, a real-estate-focused CRM is the clearer fit.
