Our verdict on WEX FSM
WEX FSM is field service management software for HVAC and other trade contractors. It brings scheduling, dispatching, customer records, equipment history, estimates, proposals, invoices, payments, maintenance plans, reporting, and technician mobile workflows into one platform. Office teams can manage work orders and dispatch updates, while technicians can access schedules, capture photos, and collect payments through web, iOS, and Android workflows. It is aimed at contractors that need both field operations and financial administration in the same system.
Pricing is structured around three plans. Free is focused on payment processing and includes debit and credit card processing, mobile card readers and online payments, multi-lender financing, instant loan applications, mobile check imaging, and ACH. The published starting price is $69 per month. Enterprise adds customer appointment notifications, drag-and-drop scheduling, dispatching and navigation, invoicing, job costing, and equipment tracking. Unlimited includes everything in Enterprise plus unlimited users. Enterprise and Unlimited pricing require a demo, so smaller teams should compare the Free scope with their operational needs before moving up.
