Its engagement coverage includes wellbeing, inclusion, pulse and customisable surveys, with anonymous or non-anonymous response options. The platform also supports performance reviews, one-to-ones, feedback, goals and OKRs, making it suited to teams that want engagement and performance processes together rather than a survey-only tool.
The published plans divide the product into three options. Full Suite combines engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and performance management capabilities. Engage+ focuses on engagement surveys, mental health and wellbeing surveys, diversity and inclusion surveys, pulse surveys, action plans, results dashboards and heatmaps. Perform covers performance review templates, one-to-ones, feedback, goal setting, OKRs and risk reporting. There is no free plan, and pricing is handled through a demo-led contact-sales process.
