Websupport Biznis Mail provides domain-based business email for small companies and self-employed professionals. Each license represents one mailbox, with access through webmail and synchronization with mobile devices. All plans include a custom email address, contacts and calendars; Basic also includes tasks and notes. The service is available on web, iOS and Android, and mailbox migration tools support moves from existing hosting email accounts.
Pricing is straightforward across three tiers, with monthly and annual billing. Basic costs €1.99 per user per month or €23.88 per user per year and includes 1 GB of email storage. Advanced costs €3.99 monthly or €47.88 annually, increasing storage to 3 GB and adding mobile synchronization and one-to-one instant messaging. Premium costs €6.99 monthly or €83.88 annually, provides 30 GB of storage, and adds TeamChat, videoconferencing and online document editing. Prices exclude VAT, and every tier has a 60-day trial.
The main distinction is breadth: this is more than a mailbox, but the collaboration layer is concentrated in the higher plans. Basic fits teams that need custom email, shared calendars and lightweight organization at a low entry price. Advanced is more suitable when mobile synchronization and direct messaging matter. Premium is the clearest choice for teams that want chat, meetings and document collaboration alongside email. Organizations needing larger mailboxes at the entry tier should look beyond Basic, while teams seeking only a simple mailbox may not need the additional collaboration tools.
