WatsBerry is a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform for Indian brands, particularly ecommerce teams running campaigns across customer messaging and commerce channels. It provides WhatsApp Cloud API access, approved templates, broadcast campaigns, retargeting, workflow automation and a shared Team Inbox. Commerce features include WhatsApp Catalogue, Forms and Flows, Shopify abandoned-cart recovery, purchase and ROAS tracking, and WooCommerce order and shipping alerts. Email, Instagram DM and Messenger support extend the workspace beyond WhatsApp.

Its paid plans scale by subscribers, users and automation depth. Starter costs INR 1,599 per month and includes unlimited messages and campaigns, 5,000 subscribers, one user, WhatsApp commerce tools and two rule-based chatbots. Pro costs INR 2,999 per month, raises the limit to 25,000 subscribers, adds a second user, AI chatbots with a knowledge base, and Shopify or WooCommerce support. Growth costs INR 5,999 per month, supports 100,000 subscribers and five users, and adds Instagram and Messenger automation plus webhooks. Prices exclude GST; WatsBerry adds a 0% markup on WhatsApp messages, and Meta's usage fees are paid to Meta directly. A 14-day invite-only trial is available.

WatsBerry’s strongest fit is for ecommerce teams that need campaign measurement, retargeting and operational workflows in one system. Integrations include Shopify, WooCommerce, Slack, CleverTap, Google Reviews, Trustpilot, JudgeMe, Razorpay, PayU and Google Calendar. The shared inbox supports assignment, labels, tags and human handoff, while AI FAQ responses can use Bot Knowledge with fallback to a person. Choose WatsBerry when omnichannel coverage and commerce automation matter more than a low entry price. Smaller teams should account for the Starter subscriber and user limits, and businesses that need predictable WhatsApp costs should budget separately for Meta usage fees.
