Warmforge is an email deliverability platform for sales teams, agencies, and businesses running outbound email. It automates AI-generated warm-up messages, monitors mailbox health, checks DNS and MX records, scans blacklist status, and tests inbox placement across email service providers. Support for Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and SMTP/IMAP makes it suitable for common outbound mailbox setups. The product is available through the web and API, and it is also included with Salesforge subscriptions.
Pricing is structured around mailbox warm-up and placement testing. Email Warm Up costs $10 per mailbox slot per month when billed quarterly and includes automated AI warm-up, one free placement test per month, DNS and MX health checks, and blacklist status checks. The plan includes one free slot. Pro costs $32.5 per month with annual billing or $39 per month with monthly billing, adding 100 placement tests per month for up to 50 mailboxes per test. Growth costs $140.8 per month with annual billing or $169 per month with monthly billing, with unlimited placement tests for up to 250 mailboxes per test. There is no free trial.
