WarmEnvelopes automates domain warmup by sending real emails through the customer’s own Resend account. It sends those messages to inboxes the customer owns or controls, then records sender, recipient, template, status, and errors in a full sending log. The service is aimed at senders preparing a new domain before a campaign, rather than users warming connected Gmail or Microsoft mailboxes. It is available through the web and API, and supports up to 10 domains on the Free plan.

Pricing is straightforward. Free costs €0 per month and includes 4 warm-up emails per day per domain, up to 10 domains, a full sending log, and no credit card requirement. Pro costs €9 per month and adds a configurable ramp for each domain, configurable starting volume, configurable daily increase, and up to 1,000 emails per day, alongside the full sending log. Pro also supports a 30-minute schedule that spreads sends across the day. Both plans fit buyers who want direct control over the sending setup, while Pro is the relevant choice for more deliberate ramp planning.

WarmEnvelopes has a narrow platform fit: Resend is its listed integration, and warm-up email usage counts against the customer’s Resend quota. Its private sending model keeps messages within customer-controlled inboxes instead of relying on a broader mailbox network. A library of more than 1,000 warm-up messages, plus checks for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and blocklist status, adds operational visibility. Choose it when Resend is already part of the sending stack and private, configurable warmup is the priority. Choose an alternative if broader provider support or spam monitoring is required.
