Warmbly is an open-source cold email platform for founders, agencies, sales teams, recruiters, and fundraisers. It combines mailbox warm-up, multi-step sequences, sender-pool rotation, reply classification, a unified inbox, deliverability analytics, CRM workflows, integrations, and an API. Buyers can self-host it under Apache 2.0 or use a hosted workspace. The free workspace supports up to 10 mailboxes with warm-up, while paid plans focus on daily sending volume. It is most suitable for teams that want direct control over outreach infrastructure and inbox behavior rather than a narrowly focused campaign sender.
Its strongest area is deliverability workflow depth. Warmbly offers automated warm-up with shared warmup pools, per-lead mailbox rotation, inbox placement and complaint analytics, and automatic sequence stopping after replies, bounces, or opt-outs. Sequences support branching, and the unified inbox classifies replies, bounces, and out-of-office messages. AI-generated personalized email snippets add another personalization option. The Starter plan costs $29 per month and includes 150 emails per day, unlimited mailboxes, unlimited warmup, reply detection, and branching sequences. Grow costs $89 per month and adds 3,000 emails per day, CRM pipelines, deals and tasks, API access, HMAC-signed webhooks, and a custom tracking domain.
The higher tiers are aimed at larger operations. Business costs $329 per month for 15,000 emails per day, sending kept apart from other customers, team roles, an audit log, and priority support. Enterprise supports 15,000+ emails per day with custom volume and contract terms, plus SSO/SAML, SCIM, a dedicated CSM, and an SLA. Integrations include HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close, Zapier, Make, n8n, Slack, Discord, Calendly, Cal.com, and Google Sheets. Choose Warmbly if self-hosting, sender rotation, and detailed stopping rules matter; choose an alternative if you want a simpler hosted tool with less infrastructure responsibility.
