VSee is telehealth video, messaging, and workflow software for clinicians, practices, health systems, and enterprise healthcare programs. It supports browser-based and app-based video visits, personalized and shared waiting rooms, patient queuing, intake, consent, scheduling, reminders, messaging, screen sharing, recording, and group sessions. Its remote medical-device streaming, remote patient monitoring, and custom APIs and SDKs make it a fit for healthcare organizations that need more than general-purpose video meetings.

The plan structure covers both smaller practices and larger healthcare programs. The Free plan costs $0 per provider per month and includes no-download one-click video links, unlimited 1-to-1 HD video, chat, screen sharing, a personalized waiting room, quick intake, and a signed BAA for HIPAA compliance. Plus costs $29 per provider per month and adds a custom subdomain, patient portal, unlimited group video, standard intake and consent, SMS and email invitations and reminders, and phone dial-out. Premium costs $49 per provider per month, adding branding, shared waiting rooms and scheduling, custom intake, standard EMR notes, and user management. Enterprise adds a branded mobile app, SSO and MFA, custom workflows, central scheduling and staffing, custom assessment forms, and AI SOAP notes.

VSee also fits organizations working within established healthcare systems. Integrations include Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), Athenahealth, NextGen, PointClickCare, HL7, FHIR, and APIs, while web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android support broadens access. The platform supports up to 32 concurrent participants, but VSee recommends typical group calls of 3–6 participants because network and CPU constraints can affect quality. Choose VSee for patient-facing care workflows, clinical interoperability, and telehealth-specific tools; organizations seeking large general-purpose meetings may prefer a platform designed around higher group capacity.
