Our verdict on VoiceGuide
VoiceGuide is IVR software for building inbound and outbound automated telephony applications. It is suited to organizations that need graphical call-flow design, self-service automation, outbound campaigns, speech-recognition options, call recording, ACD queuing, transfers, conferencing, and connections to business systems. The product supports on-premises or cloud deployment and works with VoIP, analog, T1/E1 ISDN, and SIP environments. Windows is the primary listed platform, with API access also available.
Pricing is based on perpetual licenses charged per line, with entry pricing of $180 per line annually. For 4-10 lines, Professional costs $280 per line annually, Enterprise costs $390, Professional + Dialer costs $480, and Enterprise + Dialer costs $590. For 11-50 lines, the corresponding prices are $220, $310, $380, and $470 per line annually. The Dialer editions add the Dialer, while the broader plan structure separates Professional and Enterprise options. An evaluation download is described as fully working and free, and the product is also described as having no ongoing fees.
VoiceGuide’s main strength is breadth: it combines a visual flow builder with auto, predictive, and preview dialers; speech-to-text and ASR integrations; recording; ACD and agent transfer; REST reporting; and database, file, WCF, COM, and JavaScript/VBScript integrations. Its ecosystem includes Cisco, Avaya, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, and MRCPv2. Choose it when a Windows-centered deployment needs extensive telephony and integration options in one IVR product. Organizations seeking a simpler, lower-cost tool or a platform centered on another primary environment should consider alternatives.
