VisualSP is a digital adoption platform for organizations using Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Copilot, and other enterprise web applications. It places contextual help, interactive product tours, guided walkthroughs, tooltips, training content, announcements, prompts, and analytics inside users’ workflows. Teams can use prebuilt guidance or create customized content for different roles and applications. Browser delivery and a Chrome extension support deployment across supported environments, while a complimentary Adopt365 version provides free entry for narrower Microsoft 365 coverage.
The published plans divide capability by application scope and content depth. Enterprise covers core DAP features for Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Copilot applications, with English content and reporting and analytics for the last 90 days. Platinum expands the platform to any web application and adds all available content and languages, reporting and analytics for up to 3 years, audience targeting, and AI-assisted content creation and translation.
