Virima ITSM review
A deep problem-management suite for enterprise IT teams, with published pricing from $4,740 a year.

Virima ITSM is an ITIL-compliant service management platform for enterprise IT teams managing incidents, problems, changes, configurations, knowledge and requests. Its problem-management tools connect recurring-incident analysis with root-cause investigation, known-error records, workaround references, test plans and resolution notes. Automated discovery, CMDB population and ViVID service mapping extend the platform beyond problem records, helping teams relate issues to services, dependencies and potential blast radius.
Pricing is annual and based on assets rather than users. Business Pro costs $395 a month, billed annually at $4,740 a year (an introductory price through December 2026), and includes Discovery, CMDB, ViVID service mapping and ITAM as one package, with 2,000 assets (expandable to 6,000), three discovery app installations, all integrations, REST API access and standard support. Enterprise is priced by quote and adds unlimited assets and discovery app installations, a dedicated Implementation Success Manager, priority support, and private hosting or on-premises deployment. Both plans include the third-party ITSM integrations. This structure fits organizations that need broad IT operations coverage, but the annual entry price makes it less suited to smaller teams seeking a low-cost problem-management tool.
The platform also fits environments with an established technology ecosystem. Bidirectional integrations include ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Ivanti, Halo ITSM, Xurrent, Hornbill and TeamDynamix, while AWS, Microsoft Azure, Okta, Microsoft Entra, LDAP, LogicMonitor, Kubernetes and Docker are supported across the wider platform. Web, Windows, macOS, Linux and API access support varied operating environments. Choose Virima ITSM when recurring incidents, configuration context, service dependencies and documented permanent fixes need to work together. Teams wanting only a focused problem register, or a simpler deployment with lower annual commitment, should look elsewhere.
