Our verdict on VedMint Stay ERP
VedMint Stay ERP is a cloud-based property-management system for hostels, paying-guest accommodation, co-living spaces, student housing and rental properties. It brings bed and room operations together with tenant records, bookings, rent collection, maintenance and reporting. Its bed-level occupancy tracking and direct online booking workflows make it relevant to operators who need to coordinate both reservations and day-to-day property administration, rather than manage bookings alone.
Operations extend from property, building, floor and room setup to bed allocation, transfers and occupancy tracking. Tenant onboarding can include KYC documents, agreements and digital signatures; booking tools include a calendar, confirmations, waiting lists and approval workflows. The system also covers rent payment links, reminders and deposits, plus invoices, receipts, credit notes and due statements. Maintenance requests can be logged, assigned and tracked, while visitor registration, QR entry, staff permissions and shift scheduling address other site operations. Reports cover occupancy, revenue, expenses, vacancies and financials. Integrations are described for payment gateways, accounting software, CRMs, mobile apps and third-party services, with API access on Professional.
According to the published plans, Starter includes a free trial, up to 50 beds, core ERP modules and email support. Professional adds unlimited beds, advanced analytics, priority support and API access; Enterprise adds a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, an SLA guarantee and onboarding assistance. Pricing is contact-sales. The product is web-based, with email and phone support, and lists GDPR and two-factor authentication. Choose it if bed operations and direct booking need to sit alongside billing and property workflows. Operators who depend on OTA channel connectivity should consider alternatives, since online booking is specified but OTA connectivity is not.
