Hostelify is a cloud property management system for independent hostels, with workflows organized around individual beds rather than only room-level inventory. Small hostel teams can manage bunk availability, accept direct reservations through branded booking pages, and give guests an online self check-in flow. The product is web-based, and its feature mix is aimed at operators who need one system for bed assignments, guest arrival, housekeeping and payments rather than a broad housing-management tool.
Bed operations are the clearest point of focus. Staff can use a visual bed matrix, categorize rooms and place temporary holds, while double-booking protection supports inventory control. Direct booking pages allow guests to select an exact bunk. After booking, self check-in includes OCR for identity documents; staff can track housekeeping status by bed. These tools make Hostelify a fit for hostels where bed-level turnover matters. Its channel-manager two-way synchronization and WhatsApp automation are marked as coming soon, so hostels that depend on either capability now should consider alternatives with those functions available.
The wider workflow includes Razorpay payment and refund automation, PDF invoices, and analytics covering occupancy, revenue, collections and booking channels.
