For alert management, it collects, normalizes and correlates logs, then supports investigation and response workflows. Its fit is strongest for teams that want alert handling as part of a wider security operations setup, rather than a standalone alerting tool.

Alert workflows include deduplication, parent-child linking, filtering, tagging, annotations and CSV reports. False-positive rules can suppress similar future alerts, while SOAR workflows support conditional triggers and automated actions. Detection rules map to MITRE ATT&CK, and threat-intelligence correlation adds context to security events.
