UserVoice is a customer feedback and intelligence platform for product, customer success, sales, and support teams. It brings feedback together from support tickets, surveys, reviews, sales calls, in-app widgets, and product portals. Teams can manage feature requests, voting, deduplication, status tracking, public roadmaps, shipped-status communication, reporting, and data exports in one system. Its positioning fits organizations that need a shared process for collecting and prioritizing customer needs across departments.

The platform’s breadth is its main strength. Branded public or private portals support structured feedback collection, while revenue-weighted prioritization links requests to customer accounts. Automated sentiment and theme analysis adds another way to organize qualitative input. NPS is also available through a widget and reporting, although it is documented as an add-on within UserVoice Discovery. These capabilities make UserVoice a fit for teams that need more than a basic request board or survey tool.

Integration coverage supports an established product and customer-operations environment. UserVoice lists connections for Salesforce, Gong, Zendesk, Gainsight, Jira, Azure DevOps, Slack, FullStory, Dragonboat, Skyvia, and Microsoft Teams, along with admin, helpdesk, and idea-collection APIs. Launch starts at $12,000 a year, billed yearly, with 20 admins included and $40 a month for each extra admin; Business starts at $22,000 a year with 50 admins, Enterprise is custom, and a 30-day trial is offered through a demo. Choose UserVoice when centralized feedback, prioritization, portals, roadmaps, and analysis are priorities. Teams seeking transparent self-serve pricing or a narrower feedback workflow may prefer a simpler alternative.
