UrbanGym is a web-based gym management platform for Indian gyms, fitness studios, franchises, and multi-location operators. It brings together member profiles, membership records, billing, dues tracking, attendance, lead capture, sales pipelines, follow-up tasks, SMS communication, trainer management, class scheduling, GST-ready invoicing, and branch-level analytics. It is suited to operators that want sales and retention workflows alongside day-to-day gym administration, rather than attendance tracking alone.
The pricing structure starts with a Free plan at INR 0 per gym location per month, billed monthly. It includes member and attendance tracking, basic packages and payments, Google Calendar sync, and community support. Pro costs INR 1,499 per gym location per month, adding classes and PT management, follow-ups and renewals, a finance and analytics dashboard, Razorpay payment collection, and priority support. Scale costs INR 3,999 per gym location per month and adds multi-location dashboards, chain-wide reporting, staff permissions, a full audit trail, and dedicated onboarding. Annual Pro and Scale plans are listed at INR 14,990 and INR 39,990 per gym location per year, respectively; annual billing provides 12 months for the price of 10. A 14-day free trial is also available.
Its ecosystem fit is a strong part of the offering. UrbanGym supports Razorpay, SMS and DLT providers, UPI and manual payments, Google Calendar, biometric devices, QR check-in, RFID access, and Zoho Books. Enterprise adds unlimited locations and members, a white-label option, API access, custom integrations, biometric device support, and a dedicated account manager. Choose UrbanGym if your gym needs membership administration connected to lead follow-up, renewals, payments, trainers, classes, and multi-location reporting. A more narrowly focused check-in product may suit buyers whose primary requirement is highly specific attendance or access verification.
