Our verdict on Ui.Vision RPA

Ui.Vision RPA is an open-source robotic process automation tool for browser workflows, desktop applications, web scraping, screen scraping, and UI testing. It is suited to individuals and teams that need cross-platform automation across Windows, macOS, Linux, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Its feature set covers browser and desktop control, OCR-based extraction from images and PDFs, visual record and replay, CSV-driven workflows, file transfers, and optional AI computer-use integration.

The published plans show a useful progression. The Free Edition is available for personal and commercial use and includes unlimited web and desktop automation with forum support. The PRO Edition costs $299 per year and adds email support alongside forum support. The Enterprise Edition costs $999 per year, includes PRO features, and adds update management plus priority email, remote screen sharing, and phone/chat support. This structure makes the product accessible for smaller automation projects while reserving broader support services for organizations that need them.
