TutorOne is tuition-centre management software for Indian tutors, coaching centres, established centres with teams, and larger academies. It brings tutor and batch scheduling, attendance, fee plans, invoices, payment tracking, online tests, progress reports, batch management and a browser-based parent portal into one system. Recurring sessions include conflict detection, while attendance supports one-tap marking and absence notifications. The product is available on web, iOS and Android, with CSV import and export for managing records.
Pricing is structured around a free entry point and four paid tiers. The Free plan costs INR 0 per month and includes payment tracking, session attendance, a parent portal, progress reports and Razorpay payments; it supports 15 students and two tutors. Starter costs INR 199 per month and adds batch sessions, analytics with CSV export, and online tests with auto-grading. Pro costs INR 599 per month and adds guided onboarding, a public profile, marketplace listing and 30 forms. Institute costs INR 1,499 per month and adds priority support, white-label sign-in and parent pages, and 100 forms. Enterprise includes unlimited students and tutors, custom onboarding and migration, and a named point of contact.
TutorOne fits centres that want a broad operational toolkit with India-oriented payment support. Razorpay handles UPI, card and netbanking payments, while Google Calendar, MSG91 and WhatsApp extend scheduling and communication options. Progress reports can be shared through links or exported as PDFs, and the product supports GST-compliant invoices. The trade-off is that the most advanced operational and branding features are tiered above the free plan, and the product is currently in beta.
