Our verdict on TutorKit
TutorKit is a browser-based tutoring management platform for independent tutors, tutoring academies and larger tutoring organisations. It brings student and group profiles, subject history, session notes, one-off and recurring scheduling, attendance, invoicing, parent communications and enrolment tools into one system. Its teaching-resource features add AI-generated lesson plans, worksheets and quizzes, making it particularly relevant to small academies that want both operational tools and structured content creation.
Pricing is arranged across Solo, Academy and Enterprise plans, with monthly and annual billing. Solo costs £15 per month or £12 per month annually for one tutor, bookings, invoices, parent emails, AI lesson materials, an enrolment portal and branding. Academy costs £25 monthly or £20 monthly annually, adding multiple tutors, Owner, Admin and Tutor roles, a tutor directory with availability, waitlist management and an enrolment portal. Enterprise costs £50 monthly or £40 monthly annually and includes up to 500 students, 1,000 shared AI credits per month, 10 GB of file storage, priority support and custom onboarding. Prices include VAT, and a 30-day trial is available without a credit card.
