Tutors can store contact details, rates, billing cycles, parent contacts, and notes; schedule recurring or one-time lessons; and manage sessions through web, iOS, and Android apps. The Free plan includes unlimited students and sessions, making Tutitor a fit for independent tutors who want a complete billing workflow without a subscription cost.
The product’s strongest area is the connection between attendance and billing. Automatic invoices can use attendance and student rates, while configurable no-show penalties apply at 100%, 50%, or 0%. Shareable public invoice links support invoice delivery, and collection tracking helps maintain payment status. Multilingual invoices and multi-currency support broaden its usefulness for tutors working with different languages or currencies. CSV export and collection statistics add a practical reporting layer without changing the product’s straightforward focus.
