Our verdict on TrustForge
TrustForge is a cloud-based, web review management platform built around agency workflows and multi-brand reputation operations. Agencies can monitor connected review sources from a shared inbox, triage sentiment and risks, draft AI-assisted replies, require human approval before publishing, and prepare client-ready reporting. Store operators also have direct plans for review inboxes, AI-assisted responses, imports, and review-request campaigns. Its strongest fit is an agency managing several client brands rather than a team seeking a lightweight single-business inbox.
The published plans show a paid-only structure. Direct Starter costs $29 per month for one business, AI-assisted reply drafts, basic review imports, and the core reputation workflow. Direct Growth costs $79 and adds more AI replies, more imports, and review-request campaigns. Direct Pro costs $149, with higher usage limits, manual competitor tracking notes, and priority support.
