TruStar Connect is a safety management and field operations platform for Canadian contractors, industrial companies, manufacturers, transportation operators, and other high-risk workplaces. It brings incident investigations, inspections, hazard controls, corrective actions, training records, permits, controlled documents, daily reports, equipment tracking, and COR/SECOR readiness into one system. Offline field capture supports work without connectivity, with automatic synchronization when a connection returns. Role-based access is also included.
Pricing is organized by worker bands rather than per-user billing. Starter costs CAD 175 per month and is aimed at small crews getting COR ready. Growth costs CAD 475 per month for growing teams working across sites, while Pro costs CAD 1,099 per month for established multi-crew operations. Each published paid tier includes the full platform. Enterprise also includes the full platform and uses tailored pricing for large operations. Annual prices are shown as monthly equivalents billed yearly, and the product offers a 14-day free trial.
