TrussNote is a web-based AI platform for architecture, engineering, construction, and design-build firms. It combines branded proposal creation with tiered pricing, legally binding e-signatures, client open and signing notifications, PDF export, payment milestone schedules, and sharing links. Its wider toolkit covers permit review, zoning research, city-comment responses, RFI drafting, specification writing, project strategy, pricing intelligence, floor-plan visualization, and submission preparation. It is aimed at solo practitioners, small firms, growing project teams, and larger AEC organizations that need more than a basic proposal editor.

The published plans show a paid structure with a three-day free trial and no free plan. Trial access includes limited credits, up to two team members, all tools, email support, and no credit card requirement. Starter costs $199 per month and adds all 10 AI tools, PDF export, project-based file storage, a daily AI industry news feed, and email support. Business costs $499 per month and adds custom PDF branding, client sharing links with access tracking, proposal revision history, and priority support. Enterprise costs $1,499 per month and adds dedicated support and onboarding plus overage credits. Annual billing is available for Starter, Business, and Enterprise.

TrussNote’s strongest fit is for construction workflows where proposals connect to project planning, compliance-related tasks, client approvals, and payment milestones. Its audit evidence, including signature timestamps, IP addresses, and document fingerprints, gives proposal approvals a defined record. The trade-off is focus: this is a specialized AEC workspace rather than a broadly connected sales system. It runs on the web, does not include CRM integrations, and the paid offering is positioned around a single-seat model. Construction and design-build teams that need its proposal depth and project-specific tools should find the feature set relevant; teams prioritizing broad CRM connectivity or a lower starting price should choose an alternative.
